CreArt Youth Stage, going live!

Heart of the City Festival & CreArt Youth Stage is going live June 5th & 6th, 2021!

This year’s online event features four writing and cultural sharing workshops, a spoken word variety show, comedy shows, poets, and the annual story slam. All by local artists and performers!

The Youth Stage is presented by CreArt’s free School of Arts. CreArt continues to deliver on its mission by facilitating opportunities for Youth to use arts as a tool for social transformation. CreArt’s youth stage is a creative outlet, reducing the impact of social-isolation and maintaining the artistic momentum in our community and for our membership. Heart of the City is an incredible initiative that promotes local and emerging young artists in central Edmonton. Normally, this annual event takes place in Edmonton's Giovanni Caboto Park, in the historic McCauley neighborhood. This year, we will be live-streaming performances.
